Overview
RLAH @properties is a locally owned, boutique brand in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. Their firm has over 450 clients.
My Role
Developed contemporary designs, concepts, and layouts for both printed and online marketing materials for more than 450 clients to attract, engage, and retain their client bases.
Developed and managed campaigns for RLAH, from start to finish, that are designed for promotion and can be customized by clients.
Maintained a template library to accelerate the design process and ensure cohesion across teams.
Award Show | April 2024
I produced a 25-minute video that played at our 2024 award show, commemorating our best agents in the 2023 business year.
Additionally, I created still and animated social media for the agents to post, save-the-date and invitations, and printed collateral at the event.
I created animated social posts for the winners too! I made this template so I or a team member could replace the winner and the awards for the ~115 award winners.
I produced a 25-minute looping video that played at our 2024 award show, commemorating our best agents in the 2023 business year. I made everything in After Effects.

Love Letter Campaign
Developed by myself and our marketing liason, this campaign was created for agents to show love to their communities. It is an ongoing campaign started in January 2024!

Templates
Having 450 agents, each with their own listings, creating easily replicable marketing materials is imperative. I create social media, postcards, flyers, and brochure templates.
They are easy to relink, adjust the text, and send to the agent in a time crunch!
Bifold Brochures
Used for open houses as a take-home to introduce the house or the team of Realtors.
Most of my templates are in 11 in x 17 in so they can be turned into standard printer-paper sized flyers if they don't have time to get professionally printed.

My Role
I created a 25-minute looping video that played at our 2023 award show, commemorating our best agents in the 2022 business year.

I made everything in After Effects, with 98% of the animation from scratch (2% text presets). I created the emblems/logos in Illustrator and animated those from scratch as well.
